The image attempts to show perforated aluminum or stainless steel in a novel bespoke application. The use of perforated metal as a "lamp shade" or screening device is not unique in itself; however, the small yet distinct application of the material for this machine crafted prototype shows that perforated metal can be custom manufactured and applied to varying scales of design and construction.
